Joint Conference Rotary Districts 9465 and 9455
Mar 05, 2021 7:00 PM - Mar 07, 2021 12:30 PM

Landing in Perth's stunning Optus Stadium, Rotary in Western Australia's first Joint-District Conference in ten years is 2021's definitive to opportunity to get yourself back on track and kick some goals.

Day 1: 5PM-8PM Friday March 5

Taking place on Level 5 at the top of Optus Stadium with breathtaking views of the Perth Skyline, Friday is a relaxed night of fun, networking and light entertainment, and perhaps even a surprise or two as we setup for what will be a unique Rotary Conference experience.

Day 2: 7.45AM-11PM Saturday March 6

Saturday brings you a cavalcade of speakers, both fresh faced and seasoned; leaders in business, sport and culture will give you their insights on how to shape your future for the better and enable you to act on opportunities.

Want to leave your mark on history? Following lunch, you'll work with hundreds of others to solve some of the pressing problems of our time. Utilising the combined brainpower of hundreds of driven, socially-minded people, we'll come away having laid the groundwork for your next social enterprise.

A scrumptious celebration Gala dinner will quickly morph into an auction to raise money for a variety of Rotary aligned causes. Featuring a live band and dance floor in the Riverview Room with incredible views of the Perth Skyline, this will be the opportunity not to be missed to celebrate 100 years of Rotary and the 100 yet to come.

Day 3: 8.30AM-12.30PM Sunday March 7

Sunday is a celebration of all the good that Rotarians in Australia have achieved over the last hundred years. Featuring Rotarians both local and international, we'll look to the past to see how to propel Rotary through the next hundred years.

International Women's Day Lunch
Mar 14, 2021 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

International Women's Day (IWD) has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group or organization specific.

The theme for IWD 2021 is 'Choose to Challenge';

A challenged world is an alert world.

And from challenge comes change.

So choose to challenge!

Baldivis Rotary will again be holding it's signature event in celebration of IWD. See following for details. When available, speakers details will be added - so watch this space!
